When there is no cure, there are coping skills and healthy habits we can form to replace detrimental ones. It isn't easy, but it is EASIER than spending the rest of our lives angry, burnt out, overthinking, anxious, stressed, sad, lazy, or impatient. 🙏 Practice. Practice. Practice.

I made Meghan’s skillet pasta! I subbed in asparagus for the chard. So simple and so yummy!

Flow was beautiful and insightful and lovely. I watched with my youngest last night and am still thinking about it this morning.

Making Tinola for the first time and needed chayote squash or a green (unripe) papaya. I bought the hardest papaya at the store, but it was pink when I cut it open. I don’t know how to buy an unripe papaya without seeing the inside of it. Heading back to the store for chayote. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Because everything is so bleak, I’m being really intentional trying to notice moments of joy or beauty. Today it was the wind chasing soft whispers of snow across the road. It was powdery and swirling and lovely. ❄️🌨️🩵

I am struggling to find any moments of joy. I know I’m not alone. Sending courage to everyone that’s feeling the same. One day, one moment, one breath at a time.
