Today I got diagnosed with piriformis syndrome, which is a variation on sciatica more focused in the glute muscle.
In other words, it’s a giant pain in the ass.
It’s solvable in physical therapy, says the doc. And since it only affects one cheek, I get to half-ass my PT!
