No writer or editor chose to rebuild the journalism industry around an internet advertising model. It's made the career financially unviable for a lot of people. But here we are, and holding their nose through Prime Day is one of the few ways outlets get to fund the work they're proud of *sad shrug*

I haven’t had Game Pass for a long time and was truly amazed to see the figure on Ultimate now. I guess I’d assumed people were overreacting because gamers + internet. But no, it’s almost a smartphone priced sub.
