So my boss knowing I've played/DM'd a bunch of DnD had asked for me to play a game with him and his 3 daughters (ages 8-14) because they'd been interested in it, but he was overwhelmed trying to set a game up.
And I gotta say, being a DM to people who've never played before is good shit.

It is 2025. I am once again baffled that there is no restaurant chain that just serves a worldwide selection of dumplings in uncomfortable amounts (just a bucket of pierogis, gyoza, shumai, wontons, etc)

On the one hand I understand doing yardwork earlier in the day before the sun out is preferable.
On the other hand some guy weedwhacking for 2 & 1/2 hours starting at 7am is making it impossible to keep my eyes open.

Between doing challenge modes and playing PC & PS5 I can confidently say that knowing you have the initial credits clear getting into room 46 is a FUCKEN RUSH. 8th or 9th time and my heart still outta my chest.
