When looking at photos of the protests in my area from yesterday, I inevitably looked at the comments. The number of snarky "we don't have kings, what are you protesting about?" comments that I read made me want to scream.

Has anyone else in NKY noticed an almost complete absence of bees this summer? My garden is full of wildflowers and native pollinator plants and there are no pollinators. It is disturbing and upsetting.

We got a new hot water heater in the fall and apparently promptly broke one of the heating elements when the breaker tripped. We FINALLY got it fixed today and I have not been this excited to take a shower in a long time. 😆
