I am praying that another weekend of resting my hand will mean I can get back to weaving next week. I've had to rest it properly for a full two weeks and it's been driving me loopy not being able to weave or write or do anything much with my hands!

My partner and I are headed to my parents this weekend, all being well, to visit, catch up, and see their new house. It's been a funny few weeks with lots of unexpected and, frankly, unwished for things, but I am very much looking forward to being surrounded by family for a few days.

It would be so amazing if I can do the work and get to a place where I can take part in more community things, meet new people, take opportunities without fear I would be unable to physically get to a location.

I'm still a bit baffled that agoraphobia has such a big impact on my life after a decade of dealing with it. I'm much better than I was in many ways but there have been points in that time where I was better than I am now.

I barely have the energy to have my eyes open for more than a couple of hours at a time, if I'm lucky 😴🤧
