Valentine's day was a bit of a fiasco yesterday because someone (both of us) forgot that synesthesia and light shows are not a good combination. Poor André ended up with a migraine and now has the worst migraine hangover.

Here is a beautiful snowy photo to show off how beautiful he is.

The sun is shining, the birds are singing, I have coffee and warm, slightly burnt croissants. I have started a new book. My head hurts and my shoulders ache but I feel calm and present, and what a beautiful, beautiful gift.

Trimmed the fringe on these little woven samples while having a break from work! Not the biggest fan of the one on the left but it's all practice.

Before I switch off for the evening, I would like to say hi to new pals and introduce you to Juno and Flora, my two rescue cats 🤍 because animals make the world better.

Just a quick photo I sent to a friend, but I'm quite pleased with how this little sample is coming along! I'm very much still learning and practicing techniques at the moment so it's always satisfying when an improvised sample turns out nicely!
