We are not at war with Venezuela, yet. The boats are civilian craft. The U.S. criminal code does not maintain a death penalty for drug smuggling. Due process is required before conviction or sentence.

Before Rep. Bresnahan shamelessly voted to take away health care away from 17 million Americans, he sold off Medicaid-related stock. His decision to sell out his constituents to protect his bottom line is exactly why we need to ban Congressional stock trading.
GOP Rep. Robert Bresnahan of Pennsylvania voted for Trump’s budget on Thursday, conveniently after he dumped his shares of stock in a Medicaid provider.
