The killing of Alex Pretti is a heartbreaking tragedy. It should also be a wake-up call to every American, regardless of party, that many of our core values as a nation are increasingly under assault.

It is always fun to stumble upon the DDD episode that @marcbernardin.bsky.social was on, dropping the line "Bedrock of Flavor". Has had more lines in a Guy Fieri show than in a Kevin Smith movie. Just saying. #LetMarcTalk

Hello friends. Wondering if anyone has any leads on any digital media/marketing/graphic design jobs. Full-time, prefer hybrid/remote if possible. Ideally, inside the beltway in NoVA or DC. Please let me know if you hear anything (not for me, but someone even better).

Of all the endings to a game I’ve ever seen…that was certainly one of them. Wow.

I am here for when Tua inevitably gets hurt and Zach Wilson beats the Jets.
The Dolphins are signing former Broncos backup Zach Wilson, a source tells me and @mikesilver.bsky.social.

Wilson heads back to the AFC East, where he will work with Mike McDaniel down in Miami.

The last 6 months the Commanders have added:

▪️ Marshon Lattimore
▪️ Deebo Samuel
▪️ Laremy Tunsil

What in the world have the Cowboys done?

Seems like there’s one team serious about keeping up with the Eagles.

Edge rusher, faster WR, Safety, interior OL, CB, explosive RB, kicker. There are your draft needs, probably in priority order.
March 10, 2025 at 8:26 PM
If the Commanders win the Super Bowl, then none of the picks we have given up matter at all. If the 3 vets are all injured and it sets the team back, then it is a failure. That's basically it. Nice that LT isn't a draft need anymore.

Yeah, same money as Kinlaw, but less guaranteed. This is the player I wanted instead.
The Broncos and S Talanoa Hufanga have agreed to terms on 3-year contract worth up to $45M, including $20M guaranteed at signing, per me and @tompelissero.bsky.social

Nards... Why did we sign a DT instead of an edge rusher?
Per Adam Schefter, Arizona Cardinals and Josh Sweat have agreed to a four year contract.
March 10, 2025 at 7:12 PM
Darn. He was the former 49er I actually wanted after Deebo.
The Broncos are signing S Talanoa Hufanga, per source.

Denver adds help on the back end in the former of the ex-Niner, a 2022 All-Pro.

Dyami Brown off to the Jags. Commanders need some more speed at WR now.

Bears get their DE opposite Sweat. I am starting to think that Jeanty may not get passed the Bears.
The Bears are giving edge Dayo Odeyingbo a 3-year deal worth $48M — $16M per year — with $32M fully guaranteed, sources say.

Full terms for Sam Darnold: 3 years, $100.5M with $55M guaranteed and $37.5M in Year 1, per
Mike Garafolo
The Seahawks have their new QB: It’s Sam Darnold.

The former Vikings starter is finalizing a deal with Seattle, per The Insiders. He gets a 3-years deal worth nearly $100M, taking the place of Geno Smith.

Darnold has been the favorite ever since the trade.

There it is. Not having DK apparently wasn't an issue. Good for Sam.
Sam Darnold has agreed to terms with the Seahawks, per source.

The top free agent quarterback available, Darnold gets the three-year deal he sought and heads to Seattle after a career year in Minnesota.

Well, nevermind about the Panthers.
The Patriots have agreed to terms with ex-Eagle Milton Williams, per source.

New England makes a splash along its defensive line by adding the Super Bowl LIX champion.

20 HR this year, Keibert. We need it.
After knocking out Sandy Alcantara with 2 outs in the third, Keibert Ruiz demolished Will Kempner's third pitch for his third homer of the spring.

The Panthers being good again would actually sorta kinda be fun, right?

Is @profootballtalk.bsky.social going to roast X on the Rich Eisen show coming up? It would be fun for him to get a dig in. Amazing day to be on BlueSky.
