Two once-unthinkable possibilities are on the table: some kind of “civil war”—2025, not 1861—or “peaceful” consolidation of a fascist regime. Nobody wins a modern civil war & everyone loses under fascism. So let’s each think about what we can do as if those are are real risks, because they are.

NEW: @motherjones.com reports that one of the men renditioned to El Salvador is Neri Alvarado, who was working in Dallas as a baker. An ICE agent told him they were questioning all men with tattoos.

3 dead so far at Krome ICE detention center in Florida. Max capacity was 500, they have over 4,000 and not enough water and food. Reports say they get 1 cup of water per day.
