I remember playing SimCity 2000 back in 1993 and one of the first things you wanted to do in the game was replace your town's filthy coal-burning power plants with hydroelectric or maybe nuclear (although a nuclear plant could explode and render a large portion of the town uninhabitable).

The bizarre obsession with health and fitness with this administration reminds me of what George Carlin said about the jogging craze of the 70s & 80s, "It's some kind of post-Vietnam guilt thing, isn't it. America has lost its soul, now it's trying to save its body. Bullshit. Doesn't work that way."

I think that Claire's sign is a hoax because it's being held onto the gate by a single short piece of cellophane tape rather than with tape on each corner to keep it from flying away if someone sneezes near it.

Makes more sense that someone fabricated the notice, stuck it up quickly, and got a pic.
