Pretty sure this is just a Patton Oswalt bit about how airplanes have been taken over by hicks in sweatpants and "who farted" hats bringing garbage bags full of homemade popcorn onto "the rocket-bus outta Galveston."

There are variant rules for this game, too, that allow for solo use, help with just worldbuilding, a shorter session, and other options. It's worth picking up IMO!
