I adore a Clitocybe odora, the Anise #Mushroom

The smell of anise washed over & w/in us on a trail in a beautiful second conifer growth forest. It is edible but should be used sparingly because the flavor is so pronounced.

I wonder what would happen if you combined w/ fennel?
