Recruiters for sure lie to you. All of the MOS's I wanted were not available to me at the time of recruiting so I picked the most interesting one (time was not on my side atm) on the promise that if I didn't like it I could change MOS...I sure could...If I re-upped for another few years.
If you need a reason not to enlist, there's many.

Honestly I think people went way too hard on HIM. I think it's a very well done movie. Doesn't stick the landing so much, but was very good. I was gonna say 'enjoyable', but it def gets wild and ugly. I was definitely locked in the whole watch tho.

Thinking part of my journey to feel like 2000s internet is to start using open source services. Seems like a lot of the groundwork has been laid out over the years so it won't be as painful. Think the goal for now will be to drop everything google related by the end of the year.
Leaving internet discourse behind in 2025. I wanna be completely ignorant of all the social media drama. Want the internet to feel like the 2000s again and that starts with leaving all this shit in the rearview...Now I just need an mmo to get excited about.
