I made "Million Dollar Spaghetti" from NY Times Cooking, and while it's definitely not worth a million dollars, it's a fantastically rich and simple replacement for lasagna with much less of a time commitment. A+, will make again.
A 9x13 glass baking dish mostly filled with layers of spaghetti, cheese, more spaghetti, meat sauce, and browned bubbly cheese on top. A few slices have been cut out and served already, so you can see the innards of the dish.

Update: I doubled the sauce, cooked some broccoli and carrots in it, and added a pound of browned ground turkey. Deliciousness.

This picture is somehow 13 years old. How time flies. And yes, I know my hair is too long. Shhhhh.

My hair is too long because I was a reservist and didn't need to have it cut when this picture was taken. Perhaps my favorite thing is that this picture was taken in front of an elementary school, where I went to visit a class of kids who sent me letters when I was in Afghanistan.

Jackson wrote that she expected the appeals court to act “with dispatch” and stated that her administrative stay would end 48 hours after the appeals court rules. While it is hard to know what her thinking was in issuing the order, it is possible that the rush of the litigation and the cost involved led her to want to just give a pause to let the process work its way through. But, it is also important to note that, procedurally, had she denied the request, the Justice Department could have gone to another justice. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, by issuing the order herself, she was able to set the limits.

I stole this picture from my sandwich guy's social media (shoutout to Bearwolf Deli). This week's special was pumpkin spice mocha–rubbed pulled pork, pumpkin BBQ sauce, apple sharp cheddar slaw, all piled on a sesame bun.
