I’ve always considered myself centrist so when I’m longing for the days of Mitt Romney, Mike Pence and Dick Cheney there is a certain party who has completely lost the thread.

Part of the reason WWII fiction and Stephen King novels are popular is there is a clear and obvious baddie so good and evil are black and white.

I’m all about healthy debate. I’ll engage any reasonable Trump supporter but those don’t exist.
Had a chat with a right wing friend from college last weekend and even he conceded he doesn’t support Trump even as he hurled many expletives against democrats. Rational people do not support him.

My mom was telling me last night how she has several friends who had polio and had aunts and uncles who either died or were deaf for the rest of their lives from things our generation has never had to deal with due to effective vaccines.
