Gotcha, I wasn't aware of that, and wasn't implying you were saying anything specifically. Just going on what the article said. I appreciate the explanation.

First, I'm done with shows because no way I have enough for more right now. Last night, after I got home, I went right to work. I have a LOT of new ideas I want to try.

I also have something planned starting in January that I'll talk about later. It will probably either kill me or drive me insane.

Younger leftists—Mamdani, AOC, Kat Abu, Talarico—are busy working to rip control from the gerontocracy & put spine back into the Party. Mamdani’s NYC victory showed that people are hungry for that kind of leadership, & the Dem power structure is terrified of it.

Thank you for attending my TED talk.

The Pelosi generation—which utterly refuses to give up power—trained the next set of Dem leadership. Who continue to think being defensive & cautious is an appropriate strategy. They keep yielding ground & now are basically Reaganites. Jeffries & Schumer are very much in this mould.

Brief overview:
1984: Reagan crushed a classic Dem Liberal. Dems immediately went into a defensive crouch.
1992: Clinton “triangulated” & Dems snuggled up to corporate money
2003: Pelosi became head Dem; played to not lose rather than win.

Result: Current Dem leadership is defensive & risk-averse.

(Sentai Filmworks also has some crazy good sales, too)

I really like Cynthia Erivo, too. She really does a good job making Elphaba sympathetic. Just all around good casting. I get the Wicked hype now.

I mean, everyone is good in this, but Ariana Grande is really good. She has a hard character to pull off but does all these little tiny things that sell it.

Ariana Grande is really good in this movie.

Also, I'm an hour and a half in and TEHRE'S STILL AN HOUR LEFT?!
