Gen Z coworker keeps asking me things like “If Celine Dion ever goes on tour, would you go with me?” and “Cyndi Lauper is going on tour, will you go with me?” which to me suggests that she has thought to herself: “Who do I know that’s old?” and landed on me as the best person to invite.

Not to be dramatic, but if my workplace announced a promotion that would involve a full day of customers forcing me to listen to them play the recorder, I would quit on the spot.
