The 2007 Golden State Warriors went 16-5 just to make the playoffs as an 8-seed and then blitzed the 1-seed Mavs. Everyone in that backcourt rotation was chaotic (Baron Davis, Monte Ellis, Stephen Jackson, Jason Richardson, Matt Barnes!) and they were always on the verge of incredible or implosion.
Here's a fun NBA question: not including past teams of the franchise you're a fan of, what was your favorite team to watch of all time?

The 2007 Golden State Warriors went 16-5 just to make the playoffs as an 8-seed and then blitzed the 1-seed Mavs. Everyone in that backcourt rotation was chaotic (Baron Davis, Monte Ellis, Stephen Jackson, Jason Richardson, Matt Barnes!) and they were always on the verge of incredible or implosion.
Being a Timberwolves fan means always believing they were capable of a complete half like that one… and also knowing that they are still very capable of losing this game. 😵💫

Clearly the only reason the Lakers lost was Luka and LeBron not being 100% and they should definitely run it back next year with absolutely no changes.

Between the Harper, Turner, and Soto contracts, this is a lot of years for Nationals fans to be tortured by former flames in the same division.

The Rockets are about as fun to watch as the Timberwolves were last season. Love to see a team make a leap by feeding off each others’ defensive intensity and hunger to win. Huge statement win vs OKC.

Last year it felt like the Wolves could win every game regardless of opponent; this year it feels like they could lose every game regardless of opponent. They miss KAT on the court, but they played well when he was out last year. This is down to team culture and effort, which is hard to watch.

Even if you believe that Donte will find his shot, Jaden will find his defensive intensity, Naz will find his edge, and Randle will stop turning the ball over… the vibes on this team are just not good right now. Feels like early 2022 level of discombobulation.

How lost the Timberwolves look on defense right now is a real testament to how much KAT improved defensively last season.
