This would prevent people with significant disabilities to have personal attendant services!! Loss of employment!
How would $880 billion in Medicaid cuts affect people with disabilities?
That translates to a loss in home and community-based services (HCBS) for 4.5 million people. HCBS programs help people live independently, rather than be institutionalized.

Hazel Dukes was an icon to so many New Yorkers. Head of the NAACP New York State Conference, she fought so hard for civil rights and the causes she believed in. I’m praying for Hazel, her family, and everyone who knew and loved her.
