We don't post enough small, personal victories on social media I think.

Last month, I managed to get to the gym 5 days a week for the entire month. That's pretty good for someone as sedentary as I usually am.

Jane Goodall is to this day the only famous person I have met that left me star struck.

I remember growing up reading about her work in old National Geographic magazines. She was always someone I admired, and one of the reasons why I studied anthropology in college.

As someone who was born and raised in Oregon, and who is currently living here now, in a town only 30 minutes south of Portland, who regularly finds himself in and around the metro area, I can say with absolute certainty that it is far from "war ravaged".

But Trump has never cared about the truth.
