To flip TN District 12 in Tues' election Democrats would need to gain 8-12% points over the 2022 performance: possible with a higher turnout among younger and minority voters, strong independent or 3rd party draw from GOP base, local issues or candidate appeal. The GOP is not the popular party.

My law firm is currently litigating 13 redistricting cases and an additional 50 voting and election cases. 63 lawsuits and those numbers are growing. While this is a lot for a firm with fewer than 60 lawyers, I am proud that we helping to defend free and fair elections and democracy in court.🗳️⚖️💪

This is our granddaughter - still new to this Halloween thing, but she probably liked the treats.
My granddaughter Kylee was Chucky for Halloween at her daycare 😂 She's 1 1/2 years old and not a clue what's going on! The knife was part of her costume but of course she couldn't take that with her. Last year she was the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man 🤣

TN Democrats living in the 7th District. There will be a general election on Tuesday, Nov 4th for U.S. Congress between Aftyn Behn (D) and Matt Van Epps (R) - MAGA. This could be a close election, because most don't vote on special elections (many don't know about it).
