Really fun morning run yesterday at the Love Welwyn Garden City 10k. Took over a minute off my PB and (unbeknown to me at the time) was running in a field that included EastEnders legend Adam Woodyatt! Can now say I'm faster than Ian Beale over 10k!

Super evening last night watching the Lionesses - would have been great had they won but still a very decent effort - particularly in defence!
