The new head of NOAA, in addition to having violated the agency's code of ethics by criticizing NWS forecasters as part of Sharpiegate, said in his confirmation hearing that "he stood by the Trump administration’s proposals to dismantle much of NOAA’s climate science enterprise."

Liked this one 'The plot is complex and full of twists and turns. It has the quality of an Eric Ambler thriller and echoes of classic spy films as memorable as 'Casablanca' and 'The Maltese Falcon'.

In Portland today a massive cruise ship dumping millions of gallons of toxic scrubber wash into Casco Bay.

We have a choice about this water pollution. We can ban scrubber wash & force the cruise ships to burn clean fuel.
