Thanksgiving is such a strange holiday - All notions of genocide aside, the country more or less shuts down. It's a rough time for anyone traveling or homeless, especially as so many third spaces are being shut down at alarming rates. Make sure folks have places to go, and that they belong.

It's strange finally getting traction on recording this album. I literally started working on it in 2020, and life has been a complete fucking shit show in that time - hell of a time to be an artist, that's for damn sure. Still, it feels good. Time to track song 3 on my end.

the place where I am from is known for broken people and shattered dreams - and it's reflected heavily in the music it produces. Not sure I love where I am at right now, but there is a sublime, sense of success for having escaped that flavor of unhappy endings.
