People forget, the courts can hand down all the rulings they like, they don't actually have the power to enforce them. That power lies with the execution branch, aka Trump
If you want to say "Trump can't do x, the courts won't allow it" for propaganda reasons that's fine but I really hope we're all aware that *actually* the courts are like 75% irrelevant right now because the Trump administration is mostly just ignoring them
