Oh that boiled my piss many times over. It was never 1830 material. And it's not a work of genius, so many plot holes and outright shoddy character definition. The only reason for it to win awards is because almost every other new radio comedy (esp R4) is a panel show.

It's good you have other ears listening out for you, i don't really know many other music fans who are as obsessive about what they like as i am. I still haven't worked out the key factors to what clicks and what doesn't myself, so i'd never be able to explain it to somebody else!

Most summers, i put together about 3-4 hours of reasonably new music for the holidays, all purchased either physical or download. Admittedly not every track goes to the status of stone cold classic, but my hit rate for long term retention is pretty good!

As somebody who has worked at a railway station in the Cotswolds, only to find that all the local taxis disappear at 3pm and do not return, it would have been useful to have had some ruddy Ubers around!

I'm not vegan, but I generally prefer non meat sausage rolls. The Greggs vegan ones are just plasticine and since most have become vegan rather than vegetarian, there has been a marked decline in both flavour and texture.

I think it may also have been the release date for Requiem by the London Boys and Keeping The Dream Alive by (Muenchener) Freiheit. Plus the rather more curious than legendary Don't Believe The Hype by Mista E with a vocal from Steve Coogan.
