Take two: there is an inherent tyranny to nostalgia (in that a memory has specific and rigid parameters)...and usually it is for some strict memory of something that never existed (be it the perfect 50s or America before Trump)

...maybe memory itself is infected with hegemony?

Progressive prosecutors suggested that you should charge fewer misdemeanor crimes so that you could focus resources on more SERIOUS CRIMES
