you CANNOT run a sustainable publishing venture if part of that sustainability is not paying the people who generate all of the content you are selling

that is simply not a success you aren’t even running a real business at that point if you are not having to pay to acquire your product concepts

When we do Woke 2.0, can you please do the actual reading on disparate impact this time? This is Disparate Impact 101 stuff, but because it would benefit you, personally, you're ok with a system where making it easier for some people to vote than others is ok.
