Terrific. Keep going on this. Find more local stories, develop more strategies as to what the citizen can do. One of Mick’s suggestions - Public guidance on checking waste-carrier licences - needs to be explored further. It would not be expensive to have some kind of education campaign.

Roy, thanks so much for that, very kind. I really did get quite a haunted feeling. I saw the show at the Albert Hall last year and enjoyed it but this one seemed to be somehow more significant. Life in the old Dog yet.

I loved all that Zen stuff. Probably that was the first time I ever heard about it and nobody around me would’ve had any idea of what it was either. He was a real gateway.

I got hooked into Salinger at about 13 and remain hooked for reasons I don’t fully understand. I bought these in Compendium probably about 1973.
