I once had my wrist in a bandage to cover a small burn I was treating, but a bandaged wrist will always look like *that* so a coworker asked if I was okay. I explained what it was and they replied “Whew good. You’re way too cute to **** yourself.”

Wasn’t able to watch WS live but apparently the Jonas Bros did some of a song at some point? I cannot express this urgently enough: NO. Baseball is not meant to be associated with entertainment. The beauty of baseball is its uninterrupted agony. The outside world must be barred from the stadiums.

I’m catching up on some newer musicals I missed and I gotta say this whole “high notes=good score” approach is grating on my last nerve.
Also, all props to these orchestrators/arrangers for trying to get these paint-by-numbers scores to sound distinct. I don’t know how they do it.
