Trump demands that Zelenskyy hand over Ukraine's mineral rights in exchange for "protection". I've seen this movie many times before.

Regarding Ukraine, it seems Trump will give Putin what he wants, which is what we've always suspected. It's now up to the rest of NATO to defend Europe from an emboldened Putin. The US is officially a Russian asset.

The US is in a state of mania. If history is any guide, there is no stopping it midstream, we have to wait for it to exhaust itself and hope there's something left to resurrect.

Let’s get this straight. Particularly for the likes of ABC journos who constantly let News Corp set the news agenda. News Corp is not doing journalism when they create fear campaigns and smear Labor govts. They are intervening in politics as players AND SHOULD BE TREATED AS SUCH!

Says it all about the state of Australian media that literally every week this Liberal Party flunky is able to write essentially the same biased crap and pass it off as "political analysis" when it's out & out propaganda. And poorly written propaganda at that. Just garbage.

Werribee obviously not great for Labor (primary ⬇️ 17%, 2PP ⬇️ 10%, in its heartland). But I'd be more perturbed if I were the Libs.

Labor *should be* expecting a thumping, based on polls. But if Liberals can't capitalise on a 17% drop in Labor's primary, Dutton's outer suburbs plan falls apart.

The Opposition's decision to politicise the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz and suggest our Minister for Foreign Affairs is an inappropriate person to represent Australia at the official commemoration is, frankly, sickening. They are beyond the pale.

Temu Trumps latest hill.

"Peter Dutton has warned young men “have had enough” of being painted as ogres and being passed over for promotion because of the rise of affirmative action policies that demand more women are promoted."

I want Labor to be reelected in Australia because I want politics to be boring, not full of fucking carnival villains, secret agendas and loons. If I want entertainment, there is better stuff on TV.

Dutton once again demonising renewables saying it's the most expensive form of power generation. Where's the push back from the media against this blatant lie!!

Came across a post on Twitter from that paragon of intellectual thought 😅..Senator Ralph Babet and noticed he had several thousand likes for his moronic utterance. Only a few months ago, he would be lucky to get more than 5. Another screaming example of Twitter's plunge into the abyss.

Australians might think a person like Trump could never be elected here, but I disagree. The Voice ‘No’ campaign was Trumpian - weaponised victimhood, opposed equality, spread disinformation, created fear, sowed confusion and doubt. Used the same playbook as Trump’s Republicans and they won. Beware!
