Many other councils have closed leisure centres in the face of austerity. We're bringing forward a new and much better one to support our residents' health and wellbeing for decades to come.

We see this on a regular basis from Hounslow Tories - they hate positive good news about our area
People have been trying to talk London down, but the evidence tells a different story.

Last year saw:

The lowest murder rate per capita since records began

The fewest murders of those aged under 25 this century

One of the lowest numbers of homicides for almost three decades
January 12, 2026 at 8:56 AM
This directly contradicts Tory/Reform scaremongering- London is a safe city we can’t allow right wing politicians to keep lying about crime

I hope Trump remembers ‘China Barn Rules’ - if you break it you own it, a lesson from both Iraq and Afghanistan
Trump and his cronies can try to dress this up, but it is an illegal act of war to replace Maduro and grab Venezuela's oil for his billionaire buddies.

Full statement below:
January 3, 2026 at 10:37 PM
Whatever it’s called and however bad Maduro was this is just plain illegal under international law. Worse still this leaves the door wide open for Russia, China or Israel to do whatever they want in the future
French Foreign Ministry: “The removal of Maduro from power and the violation of sovereignty constitute a serious act of aggression against the dignity of the Venezuelan people and their right to determine their own future.

There was never any "350M spent" to recover.

Sure, nominally we owed £280M weekly in membership fees.
But we gained £1.9Bn every week!

Putin told Trump the drone attack really did happened - why would Trump not believe him especially as he promised he was telling the truth
It appears the whole Putin “Ukraine tried to kill me with 91 drones last night” was entirely made up. And of course Trump repeated it and said he was mad at Ukraine.

Nightly Russia launched drones and missiles at innocent people.

And tried to Kill Zelensky every day

December 23, 2025 at 9:15 AM
This what will happen across the country if Reform takes control of councils. Sadly many of those telling us they support Reform will be the very people these policies will effect.
Reform UK have repeatedly said that Kent is their "flagship" council and "the shop window" for how they intend to run things.

When they are exposed as planning to slash social care for old people, in order to hire their cronies as advisors at £150k a pop, I think people should believe them. ~AA
