My oven is a pretty standard thing but it has this feature called "rapid preheat" where it will run both the broil and the bake elements together until it's within 50° of your target.

This feature is approximately 700X more useful and interesting than having it connected to the internet.

I know millions of Texans would probably appreciate lower rent prices, lower health care costs, and of course, lower egg prices.

My “Fair Rent Incentive Act,” is languishing in committee. Yet we passed a law saying we won’t tax stock trades here in TX.

It’s time to focus on the needs of Texans.

Councillors and Metlink staff took the train to our Transport Committee meeting in Masterton yesterday and got the bus replacement service home. Regular use of public transport by councillors and senior staff is important for us a public transport authority to stay connected to the people we serve.

I’m NOT grateful that tens of thousands of our submissions won’t be considered by the Justice Select Committee before they report back.
All not grateful that the JSC truncated the process by a month to do so.
Nor for the vague promise that the subs will be added to the record at some point…1/

I remain authentic to who I am and a large part of the past 4.5 years for me has been my sobriety journey. I think I’ve been an inspiration to many that if I could get sober, anyone can do it...
