Some of the best (I think) material in Five Came Back is there because a librarian saw what I was working on over 3 days and asked me if I'd like to take a look at a box of old George Stevens papers that had not been catalogued yet. So no, for a ton of reasons, AI cannot "do the research for you."

Years ago, I decided to watch the full Twilight Saga within a week, just so I could have an honest opinion about the films instead of judging them by the trailer and fan reaction. Breaking Dawn Part 2 was my reward and totally worth the effort.
I am once again running on the platform that one should see a movie before having an opinion on it.
