Gonorrhea is spreading in Finland. There was no growth until 2021. If the current rate of growth (53% per year) continues, 10 percent of 25-49 year olds will have a gonorrhea diagnosis by 2040 (15 years from now) and 50% by 2046 (21 years from now).

There's a similar study of pretty much all of Norway, following up for 3 years after vaccination.

In all years and in the years combined, and in all age cohorts, vaccination was PROTECTIVE against all-causes mortality.
