Instead of just waving his arms and yelling “TARIFFS,” how about we do something that will actually work?

A federal appeals court has upheld an $83 million verdict against Donald Trump. Trump appealed the decision of a trial court after a jury found that he defamed writer E. Jean Carroll by denying that he raped her at the Bergdorf Goodman department store in Manhattan.
