Esta es la mejor conclusión a la que se puede llegar: dejar las dietas para adelgazar.
Me ha costado mucho llegar hasta este punto, pero llevo 1 año que mi propósito no es "adelgazar" o "comer más sano" (es decir, adelgazar encubierto) sino quererme como soy, que es mucho más difícil.

Sé que esto os va a joder la cabeza por completo, pero alguna vez tenéis que oírlo: igual el tema es dejar de hacer dietas porque el terraplanismo no funciona mejor ni pasa a ser real si te lo explica un astrofísico con el título sacado en Harvard.
Igual el tema es dejar de hacer dietas hechas por gente con INEF (con suerte) y hacerlas de gente con estudios en nutrición.
