Just drove a similar distance (Merimbula to Melbourne). Stopped to top up while we grabbed a coffee & cake for morning tea at Cann River. I had to leave the table with the last of my coffee as the car was about to finish! The rest of the trip was done without another charge.

Just completed a 600km trip from Oberon to Kempsey. Left home with car at 50%. First charge was Raymond Terrace. Toilet break Phat chicken for lunch. Car was done before we could finish lunch. non stop to Kempsey. If we had a petrol car, trip time would be identical.

#EV charging off peak rate is between 23.30 and 05.30 but my car started charging around 20.00 and was done by 01.30~ last night. Why? It was windy so @octopus.energy Intelligent Go had a surplus of energy I presume. Too clever for my brain but wind, hydro and solar is the future, now. 37.8kWh/£2.62
