Tried to explain to someone who voted for Trump that what Musk is doing is against the law and he replied “thanks for your opinion.” What happened to Republicans being the “party of law and order?” NO ONE is above the law, not the president, not the richest man in the world, even if Trump says ok.

I'm going to say this again: consumer boycotts fail much more often than they succeed. They take organization and strategy. Should we spend according to our values? Yes. Should we make it a moral imperative? No, especially when nobody has presented an actual plan to turn said boycott into results.
Those of you who can uninstall Meta apps, you have my blessing. But right now Facebook is the only way I know that my neighbors are alive and Instagram is the only way I know which of my local organizations survived.
