Muistan kun näitä lakeja säädettiin. Moni kriittinen ääni totesi, että maks muutama vuosi, niin Supo sanoo, että nää ei riitä, lisää valtuuksia. Koska niin on käynyt aina ja kaikkialla muuallakin.
