Okay now Sens. Cory Booker and Chris Coons (a Yale Divinity School grad) are literally just having a lengthy discussion of scripture and the Bible on the Senate floor right now.

Religious left: still a thing.

Being able to see history be made is amazing. I kinda wish it wasn’t every day but today. Today is a day I’m happy I got to witness! Watching Cory Booker break the record for the longest single person fillabuster is definitely one of my favorite historical moments!

WATCH THE MOMENT CORY BOOKER MADE HISTORY.

Booker has now broken the record as the longest single-person filibuster speech in the United States Senate.

The previous record was held by Strom Thurmond, who filibustered to prevent the passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1957.

I get up and go to work every day because of my team. I couldn't do what I do without them and I appreciate each and every one of them more than they know. It's why I got above and beyond for them and always will!

Five years ago, Breonna Taylor was murdered. She should still be alive.

We will not forget.

This morning at Dept of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) HQ in DC as mandatory return to office began, this video played on loop for ~5 mins on screens throughout the building, per agency source.

Building staff couldn’t figure out how to turn it off so sent people to every floor to unplug TVs.

BREAKING: Mexican President Sheinbaum argues that if cartels are deemed terrorist orgs, then the suppliers of weapons—over 74% of which come FROM the U.S.—should ALSO face accountability for enabling terrorism.

As a result, Mexico is expanding its lawsuit targeting U.S gun manufacturers. 🇲🇽
