I have pretty much finished up with X. Yesterday, someone flipped a switch and the whole thing flooded with the ugliest posts I'd ever read, and all the people there I'd liked and respected suddenly couldn't be found. In a sense, I didn't leave it. It simply stopped existing as a thing.

Had to unfollow a couple of people due to the volume of reposting they're doing. They have a lot to say and its worthwhile stuff - but it spammed everybody else out. Was there a posting deadline I hadn't heard of?

The number of extremely opinionated posts on Bluesky rose to a higher percentage today. Not fun. Getting too close to old Twitter now.

Today's a good day for sleeping all day and recovering from a virus. Some parts I'm spending confronting ethical challenges, like bits of history that weren't taught in school, or the OH&S and management issues of SpaceX and Twitter. People often don't care for nuance and that's annoying.

Today looks like a good day for cutting out material for a handpaw design. I don't have any plans to travel, or commitments, except for some housework and gardening. I'll post a pic a little later.
