A local bank created a Wrapped feature for their clients. A person posted a screenshot where the feature showed their largest payment. It was to a vet clinic for euthanizing their cat. The caption said (translated) "money should be kept in circulation for it to come back".

Very sad that I felt I had no choice but to resign from The Infinite Monkey Cage - a victory for the transphobes and other bigots - I did it because so much of the media has chosen to believe the kind and empathetic people are a fiction - they are real and so often unrepresented.

When I was about 10 (~2000), I saw the 1995 movie Hackers and got excited. I then found some programming tutorials online that threw me into C++ and I pivoted into product.
