I played Destiny 2 for many years. I finally stopped playing a little over a year ago, missing Edge of Fate. I have had such mixed feelings about it, watching how hard it fell. Now they have interesting lore beats and stuff and I feel even worse about it.

I had begun my transition at age 30, now being 35.
I deal with tons of trauma from growing up, my dad was a monster. He died the day I picked my new name, cutting the final tie to me he had.
While I may never see what others do when they look at me, calling me cute and stuff, I'm still happier.

Sometimes you just want to do stuff with your partner. Even if it's not something you're interested in, giving it a try will build a closer bond with them.
