Yeah, let’s not cheer for ending the war until we have concrete evidence the war is in any way meaningfully ended. And while I think it’s clear Biden would not have ended it, I’m not willing by now to say Harris wouldn’t have been better than Trump here (and she’d obv. have beat him everywhere else)

Deadass the SecDef should absolutely not have fatigues in any situation. I'd go so far as to say if you served prior to being SecDef you should not be permitted to display any regalia, honors, or designations of service while in the role. We need to be maximalist about sober-minded civilian control.

Given the amount of bad shit it’s easy to find inadvertently as a user, I can only imagine how ghoulish it would be to be the person whose job it is to *just see that stuff* and deal with it. I don’t think I’d be able to use it myself at all off the clock. I appreciate the work you and y’all do/did.

I was a moderator and admin for a mid size discord (~2k users, 250-500 of which were active) and it was a stressful and unpleasant job where I saw more than a little stuff I really didn’t want to see. A social media moderator is seeing tens of thousands of posts and users, constantly, every day.
