Mash is an odd choice to go with a dry schnitzel because mash needs sauce. Potato salad would be more common.

Most Czech dishes are variations of a hunk of pork with potato or bread dumplings, sauerkraut and gravy. Plus a variety of soups and stews, many of them potato based.

Poppy seeds aren't really a common ingredient in pastry in the UK, which is a shame.

With UBI, I wouldn't be in the awful situation I am in currently (see pinned post) for which there is still no resolution in sight as the gears are moving so slowly.
I wouldn't even need EUR325 per week, I could get by on £600 per month (rent, utilities/internet and food).
