And oh man... horse bodies are HARD hahaha This is just a screen shot of my procreate screen with the finished lifework and rough back ground lines. I like keeping the bg rough because the majority of my heavy lifting for it is within my painting process. But I like including rough lines just so folks can hopefully see what I'm thinking of rather than leaving it as a blank space

I don't know if it's just me but my desktop browser (Firefox) won't load anything within BS? I've tried signing in and out and refreshing the page. Nothing will load.
Mobile is fine on my phone though which is weird. Don't know who to tag about this

Majora's Mask's Skullkid is playing his flute for his friend, the Hero of Time. We never do get a "what happens after the story" and I have always liked the idea that he keeps Link company for a while until the Hero of Time can help out the Hero of Twilight

This past couple of weeks I feel like I've been running around like a madman with work

After taking art breaks I find that the best way for me to get back into things is....to turn my brain off and to see what happens. 90% of the time it's nonsense but sometimes something cool comes out of it. Not sure which this one is 🤷‍♀️

Not entirely sure how to describe this to be honest. It's a mostly blue forest with a hard red/white backlight using a paint brush texture that I like in procreate. There is a creature of some sort standing before the light, obscuring most of its features beyond it's glowing eyes and mouth. Between you and the creature are oddly shaped trees

Now onto the totally legit documentary Van Helsing (2004) as a treat for finishing Dracula

It's been so long since I've watched this and it's going to be so funny to watch now given Dr. Helsing was just a prof who was a big folklore nerd. He was just a lil guy turned vamp warrior BEAST

As for after work today... I'm pretty pumped because I haven't gone to Nuit Blanche since moving here a decade and a half ago

Nintendo's Skullkid from Majora's Mask is found playing his flute on a stump in a forested area. Between his legs rests a skull and on either side rests Link's sword and shield A friend's oc Dev is sitting on a stool in his greenhouse. In his hands he holds a potted coleus. A large mirror to his left shows he's not all that he appears to be Recent commission of a dryad lady sitting in a garden. In her hands she's holding a snow drop and she's shedding tears as she's the embodiment of spring, and thus, spring showers A man with silvery hair and a scar across his throat looking down at the viewer with some dramatic mood lighting. This was a request I did a couple of months ago where the character is supposed to be a vampire if I remember correctly. So wanted to try and catch some of the superiority feeling the requestee was conveying about him. Went with red for the bg colour choice since "red means danger"

Deep in the woods Skullkid sits atop the stump he drew his friend on so long ago. From time to time he likes to go and keep him company, singing him songs and telling him stories. Unaware that in the far future, the Hero of Time will pass on his knowledge to the Hero of Twilight I know according to the official lore Link was supposed to turn into a stalfos on OoT to get to Twilight but...what if that wasn't the case

I have one boy who does but...he's based on a heron so I can give him legs for days. For Hesh though he has two modes; tall squat and birb tucked under thighs. Even then I can't figure out his full tucked legs look while making it look convincing so... GOOD LUCK
