autumnkomaba🍏展示「私たちには時間がない ─SPRING国籍要件導入反対運動の記録─」のお知らせ🐛[English below]　日ごと勢いを増す排外主義。東京大学での学びも、その影響から無関係ではいられません。　約5ヶ月前、文部科学省は、国立研究開発法人科学技術振興機構（JST）による博士課程学生の生活費・研究費支援制度である「次世代研究者挑戦的研究プログラム（SPRING）」について、生活費相当の研究奨励費の支給を「日本人」に限定するという、「国籍要件」導入を決定しました。12月中には東京大学におけるSPRING制度である、「グリーントランスフォーメーションを先導する高度人材育成（SPRING GX）」プログラムの2026年春の募集要項が公開され、ついに当局の姿勢が明らかになる見込みです。　私たちには時間がない──けれども、だからこそ今、反対の声を上げる必要があります。本展示では、学生や教職員のスピーチや写真、ビラ、zine等の資料を通じて、今なお続く駒場キャンパスにおけるSPRING国籍要件導入反対運動の足跡をたどります。=====【私たちには時間がない ─SPRING国籍要件導入反対運動の記録─】🍏日程：12月1日-12月15日 🍏場所：東京大学駒場図書館 展示コーナー（1F）*開館時間は、駒場図書館の開館時間に準じます。詳しくは駒場図書館HPをご確認ください。*学外者の観覧は、会期中の平日9:00～17:00に可能です。公的な身分証明書（健康保険証・運転免許証など）を図書館入り口にてご提示ください。[ANNOUNCEMENT] 🍎No Time to Lose: A Record of the Movement Against SPRING’s “Nationality Requirement”🐛The surge of exclusionism directly impacts the University of Tokyo.Five months ago, Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) decided to introduce a “nationality requirement" for “Support for Pioneering Research Initiated by the Next Generation (SPRING)” fellowship run by Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST), restricting stipends to “Japanese.” The application guidelines for the University of Tokyo’s “Fostering Advanced Human Resources to Lead Green Transformation (SPRING GX)" program for the Spring 2026 intake will be released this December, finally revealing the administration's position.No time to lose ── and we must raise our voices now.
