I was really happy with how it turned out! It was definitely the most elaborate gluten free meal I've ever cooked.

I forgot to take pics! 😭 But there was purple rice stuffing, purple mashed potatoes, lavender-infused gravy, roasted purple carrots, red cabbage, stuffed eggplants, ube pie, and ube ice cream.

Last year I cooked for five. The meal was all purple foods, vegan, and gf but not religiously so. It was AMAZING. Let's hope I can replicate the magic with two more people, more food restrictions, and more serious food restrictions.
